The Raw Tag Team Division

Highlights of the division

Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins retained their championship over the Bar on Raw. Not quite sure why the WWE would want the Bar to lose in that style, just days before their main event showdown at TLC. Rollins and Ambrose have run roughshod over the tag division the past few months to the point it has become obsolete. They have dominated their competition long before joining forces with Roman Reigns and now it’s hard to envision them losing the gold anytime soon.

The Bar lost probably their final opportunity to capture the Raw Tag Team Championships this past Monday Night but they are in a must win scenario at TLC. The odds are stacked against the Shield and it’s the only opportunity for both Sheamus and Cesaro to outshine their rivals and get the decisive win in the main event.

Ever since the lost their tag team titles at Summerslam, the Bar have been adrift and constantly losing to the champs haven’t helped them at all. If they lose this Sunday, what is honestly left for the Bar to do as a tag team?

Meanwhile, for the rest of the division…

For Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, their stint on Monday Night Raw has been horrendous. They lost in a meaningless 6 man tag team match which hurt their overall standing in the tag division and are tinkering towards being pretenders. This team at the start of the year captured the Raw Tag Team Championships and now have been reduced to jobbers for absolutely no reason at all. The tag division on Raw is straight garbage and the booking of this team is exactly why.

These are the rankings for the division this week.
