Breaking down the five worst moments in the week of WWE programming.

Monday nights cannot be easy booking for the WWE creative staff. Three hours on the air is a very long time and finding ways to try and make the viewing audience stay engaged for that length can understandably sometimes be a daunting task. However, this past Monday’s RAW had some very good moments. The Shield kicking off the show was a great touch, there was a great tag team title match, The Miz was his usual brilliant self, and they even managed to make a Kane reemergence interesting. The latter is not an easy thing to do these days.

But as good as some of the segments were on Monday night, there were some glaring weaknesses as well. In this weeks rendition of the “5 Worst”, the red brand hits the list three times. Though there were a few blips, Smackdown Live, 205 Live, and NXT were all solid shows this week and that made Monday night’s program look all the worse. That is not the look the WWE is going for considering that RAW will be hosting the next pay per view, TLC, this coming Sunday. Lackluster “go home” shows are never a good sign for an annual event.

So as I always say, you can’t fix a problem unless you identify that you have one. And here were the five biggest problems from the week of WWE television.
