1. Braun Strowman

All it took for Strowman to return to the number one spot on this list after missing out on last week was to merely show up Monday night. Strowman’s return last night was equal parts cool and equal parts over the top. We all knew he was coming back tonight. We all knew he was gonna beat up the Miz and whoever got in his way. It was predictable. But it was still cool when Braun emerged from the pile of trash to rain down power slams on the Miztourage.

The Monster Among Men would chase the heels while sprinting across a Limo and all the way around the backstage. The crowd gave him a nice pop as soon as the heels came out to the main stage. The small details effectively played up how vicious and dominating Strowman is. Dallas flying across to the arena from the side stands? Scary.

He would then proceed to take on the heels in a handicap fashion, not being outnumbered even for once. Poor Curtis Axel had to pay dearly for saving his boss though. The Axe man had to bear not one, not two, not three but six power slams. If I were Axel, I wouldn’t want to return to Raw next week. Who in the world delivers six power slams and caps it off with one on the announce table? Kane, get ready for a whooping.

What are your thoughts on this list? Would you have wanted someone else out there? Stars like Finn Balor and Asuka had memorable outings to be fair. But Balor’s night was tainted once again by Kane and Asuka basically had a squash match. I had to go for Apollo Crews this time. Thoughts?
