3. Gable and Benjamin vs. The Usos Will Be Set

I doubt this match happens tonight, since the WWE will want to announce a marquee matchup for the tag team titles in advance. But I think Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin will get their shot at The Usos after Survivor Series, and they will win. The WWE won’t pass up on the chance to give the fans a match between The Usos and The Shield, since it will be a great match between two teams that are stealing the show at every pay per view. It’s easy money, and it’s safe money.

That said, there is only one PPV on the WWE calendar after Survivor Series, and that is Clash of Champions in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a SmackDown Live-branded event, but I’m not sure the WWE will drag this rivalry out that long before its first title match. Gable and Benjamin won the No. 1 contendership for the titles weeks ago, and they solidified their position last week by defeating The New Day via underhanded tactics.

A possible double-turn between Gable and Benjamin and The Usos must be kept in mind, because The Usos have seemed awfully likable lately between their truce with The New Day and their recent work on commentary.

I expect Gable and Benjamin to get their title match after Survivor Series but well before Clash of Champions, and I think they’ll pick up a win.
