3. Kurt Angle’s GM Position Is On The Line

Last week saw the return of Stephanie McMahon, and after Raw was under siege the Raw Commissioner was not happy. It is about time she returned to TV, and giving Kurt Angle the captain of the team position was one thing, but if Raw loses he will no longer be the General Manager of Raw. Since Angle was appointed the GM of Raw, he has played the role well and he really has became such a staple of the brand.

It makes sense for him to lead the Red Team for this big match at Survivor Series, but the added stipulation really makes this a must win scenario. Sure Angle could lose that position, however he does need to be on TV weekly and not always in a wrestling role. He only just got back in the ring with WWE, and while it is great to see he that he just works so well in his current role. I am sure many others could potentially be a GM, but they have yet to really utilize his GM position with Jason Jordan being his son. We do need to see something happen with that, other than just putting him on Team Raw, and we haven’t had the chance to really experience Angle and Stephanie McMahon have to work together.

A win for Raw in the big match keeps Kurt Angle in his position and it leads to many more potential storylines. He suits the GM position, and it really is all or nothing for him and the team to win.
