2. Kairi Sane Shows Dominance

The winner of the Mae Young Classic tournament Kairi Sane is extremely impressive, and she has an opportunity to become the next NXT Women’s Champion at NXT: War Games in less than two weeks.

It is important that all contenders in the Fatal Four Way match look strong, it leads to that element of unpredictability with who will actually win the title. Kairi Sane has no problem looking strong, and her outing this week in NXT really showed that. She is quite over with the fans and she went up against one half of the Iconic Duo Billie Kay, one of the best heel acts in the company – at least in my opinion.

Kairi deserves the second spot here because she had a great match, she looked extremely dominant in parts and in victory her opponent didn’t lose anything either. I would even go so far as to compare here to Asuka, in the way she wrestles her opponents seem to gain something even with that loss.

Her booking so far has been credible. Kairi has every chance to walk out of NXT: War Games as Champion, and that in itself is such an exciting prospect. This woman has an incredible future ahead of her, and if things keep going this way, she is set to become a main face of NXT for some time to come.
