5. Asuka

Asuka’s placement at number five can attribute to multiple factors. For once, she being the sole survivor and the one person who saved Team Raw was not factored into the show at all. That really diminishes the value of her accomplishment. After all, when all the women were arguing over who gets to challenge Alexa Bliss, Asuka’s name never came up. One can say it was a way to protect her from Paige and her crew’s rampage. But completely ignoring what she did last night, even when Kurt Angle was speaking was a bad move.

Regardless, the Empress of Tomorrow picked up another impressive win last night. She has had issues with Dana Brooke ranging from the past week. A pre-match promo that aired from the studio gave the fans more reasons to see Brooke take some punishment. Apparently, she had studied all of Asuka’s moves by watching her matches on the WWE Network.

That did not help her much. Dana Brook spent most of the time during the match taking a beating from Asuka. As much as a squash match as it was, it was fun. Asuka adds little details into her performances that make everything seem entertaining. In the end, the Empress of Tomorrow added another win to her tally and can hopefully move on to something else for the time being.
