WWE Raw 5 Biggest Stars: The Coronation Of Roman Reigns

1. Roman Reigns
Reigns was indeed the biggest star of the night. There was a decent pop for Reigns as he made his way to the ring for his match against the Miz. On any other night, Reigns would have been booed for taking the belt off Miz. But not last night. It remains to be seen how much of that can be credited to the Shield.
However, some of Reigns’s best promo works came last night too. In his Miz Tv segment, Reigns was really comfortable on the mic. Just as a ‘Miz is awesome’ chant broke out among the fans, Reigns was able to react to it like a pro. This was the first time I am seeing something like this from the Big Dog. He has been getting better on the mic. But improvising? That is an entirely different chapter and it is good to see the Big Dog comfortably moving to that step.
I am still not entirely on board with the pure babyface Shield antics. But the entire segment was entertaining and the most notable moment was how comfortable Reigns was in his role as a talker. This is the second week in a row he has been given more mic time and he made the most of his time. The result, like I said last week, was a more polished and relatable character who seemed well on course to winning the IC title.

What are your thoughts from the show this week? Would you have picked Samoa Joe or Finn Balor for one of the entries in this list? It seems at the moment creative is still building towards their feud and it is yet to reach top gear. Until then, moments like Strowman selling Kane’s attack like a God and Reigns completing his grand slam so early in his career, takes the spot.
