4. Jason Jordan’s Character Development Getting More Uncertain

The Jason Jordan experiment continues to take shape on Monday nights, but last night continued to show his strange character development.  After getting booted out of Team Raw at Survivor Series, that seemed like the perfect way to get Jordan going as a character.

But last night’s Raw just turned into more confusion for his character.  He got in the face of Triple H to open up the show and even challenged The Game to a match.  But instead of getting a match with Triple H, he got a match with the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman. He seemed to embrace it at first, but that would change.

Jordan, claiming he still wasn’t at 100 percent, was trepidatious leading into his match with Strowman.  But when speaking to his kayfabe father Kurt Angle, he said he was the only person that could beat Strowman, which made no sense whatsoever.

His match with Strowman never got a chance to conclude, but his confident demeanor turned into trying to run from Strowman at times during their match.  Jordan’s character development continues to take strange twists and the WWE universe continues to feel apathetic towards him.

The crowds are becoming less and less invested in Jordan and unless the WWE can finally give his character some stability, that won’t change.
