4. The Bludgeon Brothers Debut Adds More Depth to Tag Team Division

For weeks, the creepy vignettes of The Bludgeon Brothers aired over the course of many episodes of SmackDown.  But finally, after weeks of waiting, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan’s newly-formed tag team made its presence felt.

Starting out as members of The Wyatt Family, Harper and Rowan have had an up and down career in the WWE.  The company had problems figuring out what to do with them, but when in doubt, just put them back together and run with it.  And last night’s SmackDown gave the WWE universe a glimpse of what this team can bring to the table.

In a battle against The Hype Bros, The Bludgeon Brothers decimated them in impressive fashion to get the win.  Both Harper and Rowan are talented performers and having them work together as a team could be great for the blue brand going forward.

The Bludgeon Brothers have a lot of potential and add immediate depth to the SmackDown tag team division.  Although their gimmicks might be played out, they’re both good enough to make it work and good enough in the ring to overshadow their Wyatt roots.

From top to bottom, Harper and Rowan could be a destructive tag team on Tuesday nights and leave a huge mark on the tag team division in the future.
