7. John Cena Gets Back At The Miz

The Miz cut some brilliant promos on John Cena, including the “Total Bellas BS” videos, and he had a really good one on both Cena and Reigns at Raw. But earlier in the year, Cena came back at The Miz after the A-Lister eviscerated him on the mic. Cena somehow topped The Miz’s best shot, reminding everyone why he’s always been on top in the WWE.

Cena made sure both Miz and Maryse knew how ridiculous their claims were. Maryse stated that Nikki Bella tried to keep her out of Total Divas and WWE, but Cena pointed out how ridiculous that claim was. Because if Nikki Bella really did try to keep her away from WWE, why would Maryse be standing in the ring? “Here’s the truth and it’s gonna sting a little bit: They didn’t ask you back because they didn’t want you back. Because when you were here, you didn’t do jack.”

But he saved the best for Miz, reminding the A-Lister that he’s also taken a leave from WWE for Hollywood. “The only moves you’re in are crappy bootlegs of movies I’ve already made.”

He also made fun of Miz and Maryse for not having kids, joking, “What, are you firing blanks there sport?” Cena even dropped a few non-PG words, providing the fire that the build to this match needed.

“You’re not the ‘IT’ couple. You’re the s- ** couple.”

Normally, this would be the most savage diss promo of the year, but Cena took the top spot on this list with a different takedown.
