Bayley vs. Sasha Banks

In NXT, Bayley and Sasha Banks put together a masterpiece of a rivalry that should stand as one of the greatest of the new generation. They had two incredible TakeOver matches at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn and NXT TakeOver Respect, telling one of the greatest underdog stories in the entire history of WWE. I know I sound hyperbolic, but the rivalry is so good that it’s defined Bayley as a babyface.

And that’s kind of a problem, because fans keep wanting a Sasha vs. Bayley rivalry. I think it’s in the best interests of the WWE to move Bayley to SmackDown Live, separate her from Sasha, and just forget about the whole Sasha-turns-on-Bayley thing.

But if the WWE decides to pull the trigger on a rivalry they teased last year, then this could be the right time to do it. Neither Sasha nor Bayley are favorites to win the women’s Rumble, but they aren’t completely out of the discussion either. Furthermore, fans have been wanting to see these two fight for ages.

A program between the two of them is easier said than done, and it would be a massive risk that, again, probably isn’t worth even attempting. That said, if the WWE decides to take a big risk, they could be rewarded with a WrestleMania singles match for the ages. These two have incredible chemistry, and they’re ready for a WrestleMania moment.
