It seems that, despite not even being signed to WWE yet, Ronda Rousey has garnered the most attention after the announcement that there would be a Women’s Royal Rumble match.

It has been no secret that the WWE has been pursuing Ronda for quite some time, and the two sides seem to be very close to a deal now. Ronda would bring some true star power, legitimacy, and mainstream attention to the women’s division with her debut, and there’s no question that the Royal Rumble would be the place where Rousey can make the biggest splash.

Aside from her star power, a win by Rousey would also open up a lot of angles for storylines. Each manager would try to sign her to their brand, and Ronda could tease going for each championship before making her decision.

Ronda would create a dream match whether she faces Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Charlotte, or even Paige for the Women’s Championship. Just imagine what would happen if Ronda Rousey were the one to end Asuka’s streak!

Ronda Rousey seems to have the most upside when it comes to choosing Rumble winners, but the problem is that she may not even be in the Royal Rumble. As mentioned on the site before, it is looking unlikely that Ronda will appear.

She still has yet to sign a deal with WWE, and she is supposed to be filming a movie the day of the Royal Rumble, so right now, her winning is purely hypothetical.
