4. A Triple Threat Grand Championship Match?

The Impact Grand Champion Ethan Carter III defends his championship in an unprecedented triple threat match.  He has to battled against bitter rival Matt Sydal and Fallah Bahh. It will be interesting to see how this match plays out under the Grand Championship rules.

EC3 goes right after Fallah Bahh as Sydal tries to take advantage but it’s the power of Bahh that gives him the early advantage.  It seemed like everyone received a body slam from Fallah Bahh early in this match.  Midway through the first round, Bahh has been the most aggressive taking control of both men.  Neither competitor can match the strength of Fallah Bahh as he is awarded the first round.

EC3 and Matt Sydal take out Fallah Bahh early in the second round.  Carter takes control of Matt Sydal as he takes out Bahh with Sydal.  When the match goes to the outside of the ring, EC3 continues to control both men.  Carter brings the smaller Sydal back into the ring in hopes of putting the round away.  Ethan Carter III is the last man standing at the end of round two.

After taking some time off during round two, Fallah Bahh finds himself back in control in round three.  Sydal turns up the tempo on Bahh and starts to build some momentum but it’s stopped by EC3 who’s offense is haulted by Fallah Bahh.  Carter dumps Bahh off the top rope to the outside of the ring leaving Sydal and the champion.  Matt Sydal tries to goes for the shooting star press on EC3 but is slowed down by Fallah Bahh and time expires.  Ethan Carter III retains the Grand Championship after winning the third round.
