9. Finn Balor

Finn Balor has always been at his best as a smug, arrogant promo, and he showed glimpses of his old Prince Devitt character on Raw. Balor gave Jason Jordan a verbal beatdown before his Balor Club gave the trio of Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Jordan a literal beatdown in the ring.

Of course, Balor picked up the pinfall victory, hitting Seth Rollins with the Coup de Grace after Jordan’s ill-advised attempt to “help” Rollins. It was another standout six-man tag match from Balor, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson, and Balor is producing some of his most compelling work in this latest run.

It’s only been two weeks, but it’s been a very promising two weeks indeed. Balor looked extremely comfortable and confident when speaking, and his laughs and jabs at Rollins, Reigns, and Jordan were entertaining to say the least. I’m intrigued to see where Balor goes over the next couple of months while we’re on the Road to WrestleMania, but no matter what’s in store for the Demon King, I know I’ll be enjoying it.

I consider Balor one of the people who is extremely likely to fly up this list in the coming months, because there are so many directions for his character to go in.
