CM Punk
Like I mentioned in the intro, the heavy rumor is that “All In” will take place in Chicago, IL. This leads to obvious speculation that CM Punk could make an appearance at this show.
Punk’s UFC run has been interesting to say the least. He’s currently 0-1 as a professional MMA fighter but has been signed to the UFC promotion since December of 2014. His his sole fight was a one round beat-down at the hands of Mickey Gall at UFC 203 (an event that took place in September of 2016).
If Punk decided he wants to dip his toes back in the waters of professional wrestling, “All In” is the perfect place to do it, especially if the show is in his hometown. It also helps that he’s longtime friends with Matt & Nick Jackson so he’d be doing his buddies a favor in the process.
I have no idea who Punk would wrestle at “All In” but it honestly doesn’t even matter. Just the fact that pro wrestling fans could welcome CM Punk back “home” would be enough of a moment to make his appearance worthwhile. I mean, could you imagine the reaction from the audience, especially if the last wish on this wishlist comes true?
