Impact Wrestling Continues to Stack the Deck With Solid Shows

Impact Wrestling continues to go through its transition with a new champion at the helm.  Austin Aries won the Impact World Championship for the second time a couple of weeks ago.  It was an interruption and an abrupt in to what was to be a glorious night for Eli Drake.  Aries had become the Impact Global Champion in just 60 seconds.  Drake has his chance for redemption tonight in the main event.

Sami Callihan has been the voice of Ohio Versus Everything since his debut at Bound for Glory.  After a personal rivalry with the Latin American Xchange, OVE feel like they have bigger fish to fry.  They attacked Lashley a week ago and Lashley now has a chance for revenge.  Does Callihan really want to pick a fight with one of Impact Wrestling’s most dominant World Champions?

The X-Division has been a consistent part of the new look Impact since Anthem took over.  Taiji Ishimori since becoming champion in early January has had some awesome matches.  Tonight, he is set for another one with AAA’s Latin American Champion, El Hijo de Fantasma.  Fantasma looks to add to his championship collection.

Hania attacked Rosemary in her debut and Rosemary returned the favor last week.  They finally meet face to face in the ring this week on Impact.  Brian Cage makes his return to Impact for first time since 2013.  Laurel Van Ness also tries to one up Allie again but Allie is not the same as she once was.  There is plenty going on in Impact Wrestling right now as we take a look.
