John Cena vs. The Undertaker

Yes, I know The Undertaker is old and way passed his prime. Yes, I know his sendoff at WrestleMania 33 was perfect, and he doesn’t need to come back. BUT, how have we never had the two top stars of the past 15 years square off at WrestleMania?!

I, for one, feel this match needs to happen, and I think it will, too. The rumors have been swirling since last year about this match, and John Cena even teased the possibility on multiple episodes of Raw.

So, I have a feeling that after Cena loses at Fastlane, he will be desperate enough to call out The Undertaker for a WrestleMania match, but this time he will mean it.

It would be fun to see a semi heel side of Cena as he practically forces The Deadman into a match, and while the in ring quality won’t be there, this is a must see match that will surely be a draw and could even close out the show.

Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Last year, the battle royal found its way to the Kick Off Show, but that won’t be the case this year. With the new Andre the Giant HBO special coming out a couple weeks after WrestleMania, WWE will surely be making a much bigger deal of the usually inconsequential battle royal.

So, I expect a major player to win this year’s contest to make the match feel like it means something. That’s why I think Strowman would be perfect for this spot. I mean, he is the closest thing to this generation’s incarnation of Andre. So, unless Braun is added to the Intercontinental or Universal Championship match, I think this will be where he gets his WrestleMania moment.

Cruiserweight Championship: Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali

The Cruiserweight Championship Tournament has completely revived 205 Live. Filled with some of WWE’s best matches, the cruiserweights have now become can’t miss, and leading this charge is Cedric Alexander.

Cedric will look to finally capture the Cruiserweight Championship that has evaded him at WrestleMania, and he will probably face off against familiar friend and foe Mustafa Ali unless Gulak or Buddy Murphy can get an upset. However, based off their most recent clash, Alexander vs. Ali should be a fun and entertaining clash at WrestleMania.
