4. Will Braun Strowman team up with Elias?

The signs keep pointing to this actually happening at WrestleMania 34. For starters, Strowman inserted himself into the tag team battle royale to determine the number one contenders for the Bar’s tag titles this week on Raw. Needless to say, Strowman obliterated the rest of the division, actually making the entire tag division look bad. Now, if he goes to win the titles on his own too, then the tag division on Monday nights might never recover from it.

As such, Strowman needs a partner. Next week on Raw, Kurt Angle could come out and address the situation and have Strowman look for a partner or simply assign him a tag team partner. Whichever way sounds fun but I like the first one more. As it stands, this seems to be already in the works. According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, nobody knows whether this could happen, except Vince McMahon.

"Whether Strowman has a partner or not, Vince may know. Nobody else does, Vince is going to make that call. So people who are asking is it handicap match or is he going to pick a partner? The answer is that Vince hasn’t decided or at least he hasn’t told anybody or almost nobody because that is still up in the air."

I’ve been rooting for Strowman to team up with Elias in my previous post. But as we heard from Meltzer, it’s still up in the air. Logically, one man defeating the entire tag division and winning the titles all on his own makes the entire division look bad. As such, Strowman should have a partner. It would be fun to see him approach a few people he slammed through the tables in the past and asking them to team up with him, or even threatening them for that matter. It will also be nice to see the mechanics and the chemistry between Braun and Elias play up on the screen.

But like I said, nothing is certain at the moment. Creative might have Strowman do this on his own, in a desperate attempt to garner more momentum for the Monster Among Men.
