2. Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn’s Future Still Unclear

No two superstars caused as much havoc on Tuesday nights over the past six months or so than Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.  But with their loss to Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 34, their time on Tuesday nights has seemingly come to an end.

With the loss, Owens and Zayn stay fired from SmackDown and must look for work elsewhere.  As expected, that elsewhere turned out to be Raw last night as the two approached GM Kurt Angle backstage to try and get a job on his show.  It would end up being more confusing than that, however.

Angle said he only has one spot open on the Raw roster and the two would have to face each other to determine who got the spot.  The match took place later in the night and these two continued to prove the amazing in-ring chemistry they have together.  However, the match ended with both unable to beat the referee’s count of 10.

This opens the door for something big regarding their job status and next week’s superstar shakeup could solve their problems.  But in the meantime, at least on-screen, Owens and Zayn’s future is still unclear.  Unless something crazy happens, they won’t be back on SmackDown any time soon, so it might be red brand or bust.

Kami is still kayfabe unemployed, but expect that to change sometime soon as the duo could have something up its sleeve.
