4. Elias

I am one of those people who like to believe Elias deserved something better at WrestleMania 34. He got major heat by coming out when the fans were expecting the Undertaker. But apart from that, he was essentially squashed by John Cena, killing any momentum he had built for himself over the year. Remember when Elias defeated both Cena and Strowman? You may be in the minority there.

A move to SmackDown Live could help Elias by allowing creative to focus on him more. With the return of Samoa Joe and the possibility of both Owens and Zayn being on Raw, we have some quality heels on Monday night. The same can’t be said about SmackDown Live at the moment though. Apart from the recently turned Shinsuke Nakamura and Jinder Mahal, there aren’t many antagoists with much momentum.

Yes, there are underused stars like Baron Corbin who could break the ceiling given the opportunity. But, the lack of a heel somewhat on the level of the Miz, one who can play the audience by the palm of his hands, certainly plagues Tuesday nights. This is where Elias would thrive.

If anything, imagine an encounter between him and the Shakespeare of Song, Aiden English.
