Breaking down the biggest winners and losers from the “go-home” WWE RAW before Friday’s Greatest Royal Rumble

Friday’s Greatest Royal Rumble show is truly a trademark show from the WWE. In what is just the beginning of a 10 year partnership between the WWE and the Saudi General Sports Authority, the company is coming in hot with seven title matches, in-ring appearances from greats like John Cena, Triple H, and The Undertaker, and of course a massive 50-man Royal Rumble match. In anticipation of such a historical event, Monday’s “go-home” WWE RAW was an important show to set up Friday’s network special.

Just two weeks after a massive overhaul to both brands rosters in the form of a Superstar Shakeup, the red brand looked to start picking up momentum for not only The Greatest Royal Rumble show, but also for the May 6th Backlash pay per view. With just about two weeks before that show in Newark and with only one match announced for it going into Monday night, it was imperative that the members of RAW come out and put on a solid showing.

And the results? Solid, not great. There were some tremendous individual moments from the show, but also a few duds. Ahead we name the winners and losers from Monday’s RAW.
