16. Baron Corbin (last week: 17)

The Lone Wolf has had a somewhat uneven stay on WWE Raw so far. He didn’t bother to compete on his first episode, instead just attacking No Way Jose from behind. The next week he decided to get in the ring, but lost to Jose via distraction rollup. In the process, he’s also earned the ire of Titus O’Neil and the entirety of Titus Worldwide.

This week, Corbin deserves to move up just for making The Revival somewhat relevant again. In a six man tag, Baron got the pin over his apparent arch-rival No Way Jose. It was a decent little match, and it Corbin got to show his mean side in a big way.

15. Bobby Roode (last week: 18)

While Baron Corbin has had an uneven tenure on Raw, Bobby Roode has mostly been in a tailspin since he transferred to Mondays. His debut was as part of the winning side of a 10-man tag match, but since then he’s been involved in a feud with Elias. And for most of it, Elias was the better man.

This week, both at Backlash and on Raw, Roode got some revenge on the crooner. He’s still down a loss to Elias, and his plucky babyface schtick is wearing thin. But for now, Roode has a little bit of momentum on his side. And sometimes that’s all a superstar needs to turn things around.
