14. Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt (last week: 16)

Another week, another ho-hum appearance for your Raw Tag Team Champions. They’ve only been allies for a month, a team for even less, but they’re gelling pretty quickly. Of course, both Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt have been tag team champions before with different partners, so it’s not a totally new scenario for them.

Regardless, the new champs haven’t had much in the way of competition since winning the titles. Let’s be real, “Stay Tuned” wasn’t really a threat to defeat the champs in a non-title match. There’s a handful of teams starting to work their way up through the ranks on Raw: Authors of Pain, The Revival, Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre. Once one of them breaks out of the pack, we’ll get a true test of the Deleters of Worlds.

13. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (last week: 9)

Another kinda sorta tag team on Raw is the (former?) Yep Movement, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Unlike the current champions, Owens and Zayn are in a bit of a funk. They got trounced at Backlash in a controversial fashion. And then this week on Raw they each had singles matches, without even bringing their bud to the ring for moral support.

In fairness, both Owens and Zayn looked better in their matches on Raw than they have in a while. But they both ended up on the losing side, and are now out of the next big match for the roster — Money in the Bank. So even though they’re turning things around, they’re on the outside looking in at a bad time.
