Moose is Introduced to Kongo Kong
Moose battles Kongo Kong courtesy of House of Hardcore in Indiana. This all started when Jimmy Jacobs got into the business of Moose. Moose was conducting an interview and as he typically does, Jacobs set his sights on his new monster’s next challenger. Kong eliminated Johnny Impact and now has his attention on the guy who wants to be Mr. Impact Wrestling.
The two start by feeling each other out given this is their first match together. Neither can take control as the match goes to the outside. Just when it seemed like Moose had a bit of an edge, Kong runs him into the guard rail. Kong started to slow this match down as it trickles back into the ring. This offensive strategy is odd for Kong as he typically quickens the match pace.
Kong tries to wear Moose down with a couple of submissions as he had Moose trapped in the middle of the ring. As Josh Matthews mentioned, this is the first time fans had seen Moose manhandled in a match. Moose uses his speed to take control and finally takes the big man off his feet. As Moose take control, Jimmy Jacobs hits him with a steel chair. After the match, Kong and Jacobs attack Moose as we just saw a preview of what this match could be.
