3. Seth Rollins’ Recent Roll Continues

The Architect Seth Rollins has been on another level over the past few months with outstanding performance after outstanding performance.  He has immediately elevated the Intercontinental Championship as well since winning the gold at WrestleMania 34.

Rollins has taken up the open challenge concept lately and he even got a good match out of Mojo Rawley in the process.  That open challenge led to big challenge last night when Rollins defended his title against Kevin Owens.  It was expected to be a stellar match, and it lived up to those expectations and then some.

The two put on a very good match that went all over the place.  There was a lot of creativity in this match and both men shined in the process.  But as great as Owens was, Rollins shined brighter in the end and after another high-level match, The Architect stomped his way to victory and retained his Intercontinental Championship yet again.

The roll Rollins has been on over the past few months has been other-worldly at times given how many high-level performances he has put forth lately.  The Intercontinental Championship is in great hands and it should be intriguing to see where Rollins and the gold go from here.

The Intercontinental Championship is arguably the most important title on the red brand and The Architect is leading the charge in a big way.
