Miz TV With The New Day

The Miz starts the show by claiming he has two exclusives for the fans, with the first being that the “Docuseries” for “Miz and Mrs.” will debut on July 24 on the USA Network. The second, of course, involves The New Day.

He cuts to the chase when The New Day appear, asking the trio who will be entered into the Money in the Bank ladder match. On the count of three, they all say “It’s gonna be me”, and The Miz mocks them, calling them NSYNC.

Miz then berates The New Day. He says the three of them hold each other back, so they will never fulfill their respective potentials in WWE.

All three members of The New Day are given targeted insults by the Miz. He says Kofi Kingston has lost six Money in the Bank ladder matches, so maybe it’s time for someone else on the team to get a chance. Miz puts over Big E as a future star, but says that Big E can’t be taken seriously because he doesn’t even take himself seriously.  On Xavier Woods, The Miz praises UpUpDownDown, and he sums it up by saying all three members of The New Day could be the greatest world champion ever.

None of the three will divulge who will be entered, so The Miz absolutely flips out. He screams about how he came for an answer and for an exclusive. Kofi finally pipes up and says that it will be Big E. Miz believes this means Big E will be competing in Money in the Bank, but Woods clarifies that they meant Big E will actually be the one to beat up Miz tonight in a match.

The segment ends with each member of The New Day throwing pancakes at Miz, stating “Shame” until Miz finally runs backstage.

So the A-Lister ends up backstage, and Paige lights into him. She says that if Miz believes he can beat any member of The New Day, he needs to go out there and prove it. That sets him up for his match with Big E.

Rating: B, these four are so entertaining, and I’m glad the winner wasn’t revealed yet
