Madison Rayne Backstage Promo
Madison Rayne talks to McKenzie Mitchell about returning to Impact Wrestling, and she reminisces over meeting the old Knockouts and talking to the new wrestlers. She didn’t want to wrestle initially and planned on just commentating, but she decided to step up and do the right thing when she saw Tessa Blanchard bullying Kiera Hogan.
Blanchard interrupts Rayne for sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong. She then insults Rayne by calling her a “stay at home mother” and says that next time, Rayne should just stay at home. Based on what she said, it sounds like she wants a fight, and it sounds like we’re going to get it next week at “Under Pressure”.
DJZ and Andrew Everett Promo
DJZ and Andrew Everett upset Scott Steiner and Eli Drake last week to win the Impact World Tag Team Championships, and I can’t get enough of DJZ doing the airhorn with his voice. Steiner interrupts them and says that they didn’t win “diddly-squat”. He claims that they lost because they slipped on a banana peel, and they couldn’t win 10 times out of 10 against Steiner and Drake (????). It then devolves into Drake and Steiner arguing with each other, so it looks like this tag team is about to break up.
Oh, and did I mention that Steiner called DJZ and Everett “punk asses”? Classic!
