War Raiders Vs Cody Vincent and George Hixon

Result: War Raiders win with the fallout

The War Raiders continued their unbeaten streak on this week’s NXT in the night’s opening squash match. The team made quick work of their opponents and looked impressive throughout.

The former NJPW tag champions are one of the best tag teams the WWE has at their disposal, so fingers crossed they can make the most of them. Given NXT’s track record with tag-teams, these guys will likely be given a nice juicy feud after NXT Takeover: Chicago. This was an enjoyable way to kick off the show.

Lacey Evans Interview

Lacey Evans is being interviewed backstage about her victory over Kairi Sane last week. Evans says that she doesn’t care about Kairi Sane’s past and that she is better than her. She is reminded that the two women are now 1-1 in their matches with each other, and we find out that they will meet again next week.

I’m really enjoyed Evans’ character in recent weeks, she is quickly developing into one of the most enjoyable female athletes in NXT, and if booked right, she could go quite far in the women’s division once her feud with Sane is finished.
