1. Finn Balor Makes Symbolic Money In The Bank Statement
Two of the most underrated superstars in the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match have to be Kevin Owens and Finn Balor. These are two individuals that you can’t forget about when Money In The Bank arrives and both could shake up the match and have darkhorse chances to win it all.
Last night saw these two outstanding superstars battle it out in the main event with both trying to capture momentum heading into Money In The Bank. This all started when Owens ruined Balor’s match the previous week on Raw and the two would settle their differences last night with just under two weeks away from the chance of a lifetime.
The match was solid and got a fair amount of time to shine, but in the end, Owens got disqualified after a relentless beatdown of Balor. KO had other ideas when he brought a ladder in the ring and ascended towards the top. But when he teased to hit Balor with a frog splash from the top, that hesitation hurt him and Balor got up and took it to Owens.
The Demon King wouldn’t miss his opportunity to shine and he climbed the ladder and hit Owens with a huge coup de grace. Balor then grabbed the briefcase from the top and made a huge statement that he’s a major player in the match. His symbolic statement was loud and impactful and he isn’t someone to forget about as a potential winner.
