3. AJ Styles Gets The Better Of Shinsuke Nakamura

Predicting the WWE Championship match between AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura at Money in the Bank is extremely difficult, because this is a result that could go either way. But since Nakamura has come up empty on three occasions against Styles before finally winning a few weeks ago to choose the stipulation for MITB, it stands to reason that Nakamura is the favorite to win this match and legitimize his excellent heel run with a world title win.

Over the past two weeks, Nakamura has gotten the last laugh on Styles. Two weeks ago, he hit Styles with a Kinsasha to the back of the head and counted to ten as Styles lay there, signifying that he would have won if this were a “Last Man Standing” match. He did the same taunt to Tye Dillinger last week after having already defeated “The Perfect Ten” in singles competition.

At this contract signing, I’d expect Styles to have very little patience with the demonic Nakamura, who has nailed Styles in the nuts so many times. Styles has already absorbed two weeks of Nakamura’s taunts, so he’s absolutely fed up with Nakamura’s psychological mindgames.

Paige will moderate the contract signing, and she’s done an exceptional job as SmackDown Live GM, navigating difficult situations with the likes of Big Cass and Mandy Rose. But not even she will be able to enforce order once Styles and Nakamura start getting heated, because this rivalry runs deep.
