WWE Money in the Bank 2018: Full Match Card, featuring Nia Jax vs. Ronda Rousey

At WWE Money in the Bank 2018, Ronda Rousey gets her first title match in pro wrestling when she faces Nia Jax. What else is on the card?

WWE Money in the Bank 2018 is finally upon us. Taking place in Chicago on Sunday night, eight men and eight women will compete for a guaranteed world championship contract in a pair of ladder matches. But though the event is named after those matches, there’s a lot more in store for the WWE Universe.

One of the most hyped matches of the night has been the Raw Women’s Championship Match. The circumstances behind it are a little unusual, but hey — it’s sports entertainment!

Current Raw Women’s Champ Nia Jax issued a challenge to relative newcomer Ronda Rousey. Though Rousey had a terrific debut at WrestleMania, to date that’s been her only televised pro wrestling match. Sure, she’s The Baddest Woman on the Planet, but she’s also probably the Greenest Woman on the Roster. Why would Jax single her out as a championship contender?

For the past few weeks, the two have gone back and forth. Rousey thinks Jax is out to make a name for herself at Rousey’s expense. And Jax believes that Rousey is a one trick pony, and as long as she can avoid the devastating arm bar she’ll leave the Windy City with her title.
