5. Kane Defeats Erick Rowan

YES! YES! YES! Team Hell No is BACK! From anger management classes to the iconic hugs, Daniel Bryan and Kane have been one of the most notable tag teams in WWE to date. The crowd’s pop for Kane last week on WWE Smackdown was unreal and made the reunion as epic as ever. Now, they have a Smackdown Tag Title match against the Smackdown Tag Team Champions, The Bludgeon Brothers, at Extreme Rules.

Since Daniel Bryan faced off against Luke Harper last week, I can totally see Kane facing off in his first match back against the other half of the Bludgeon Bros, Erick Rowan, tonight. Simply put, Kane should win the match to maintain his momentum after having a huge comeback to Smackdown.

It’s somewhat sad to see the Bludgeon Bros’ dominance go away, but Team Hell No is known for hindering dominance. Just ask the Shield back on June 14, 2013 when they lost their dominant winning streak to Randy Orton and Team Hell No in a 6-man tag match on Smackdown Live. Check out the link from WWE’s Youtube page below:

If Team Hell No can take down one of the most dominant factions in WWE, they have a high chance of taking down the Bludgeon Bros and becoming tag team champions once again at Extreme Rules. Bayley might have stopped hugging on Raw, but Team Hell No immediately brought hugging back to WWE Smackdown Live within the same week.

Nonetheless, Kane should get a return match tonight against Erick Rowan and win it for a momentum booster as the two tag teams approach their title match at Extreme Rules.
