14. Finn Bálor (last week: 17)

Finn is quietly moving up the rankings this week, thanks to a) getting a match this week, b) not being a part of that match’s decision, and c) not yapping like an annoying teenager. Let’s take a look at each of those factors.

The match was nothing crazy, though it initially felt like the match was going to be super short compared to all the backstage elements leading into it. Bálor is perfectly cromulent in the ring, so it’s not like he’s going to be a part of a dud. And since Bobby Roode, Finn’s partner for the night, is adrift without direction, Bálor escaped without taking an L before Extreme Rules.

And the banter with Baron Corbin from previous weeks didn’t rear its ugly head. So rather than come across as a petulant child, Bálor was more of a fierce competitor this week.

13. Mojo Rawley (last week: 15)

Mojo Rawley continues to work his way up the ranks on WWE Raw every week. Granted, all of that work is coming at the expense of No Way Jose, but Mojo is still on the rise. The pair finally got around to having their match after two weeks of bait and switch — and walloping a cheeseburger — and it was pretty good.
