NJPW SUPERSTARS THAT SHOULD GO TO WWE:

KUSHIDA

Although he is celebrated to an extent, KUSHIDA is still easily one of the most underappreciated wrestlers in the world. He’s virtually flawless in the ring. All of his movements are graceful and refined, yet his matches never feel too much like a coordinated dance. Also, he never does anything that seems overly risky. His moveset and selling style manages to enrapture a crowd without his work ever feeling unsafe. He’s probably one of the only guys on New Japan’s roster that could come to WWE without having to sacrifice any signature maneuvers.

KUSHIDA could certainly spend the rest of his career with NJPW, and no one would complain. Just, I feel like he has reached a plateau in Japan, and there’s still potential for him to really spread his wings and become a mainstream superstar in the United States. WWE management would be hugely impressed by his in ring work, and they’d quickly notice how he exudes an undeniable charisma that makes him almost impossible not to root for. On top of that, KUSHIDA has a legit MMA background, going 6-0-2 in legit fighting before becoming a professional wrestler. He truly is the total package.

KUSHIDA would be a great addition to NXT, 205 Live, and eventually Raw and/or Smackdown Live. If the creative team gave him proper care and attention, he could organically develop into a beloved babyface superstar for the company.
