Carmella (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka For The Smackdown Women’s Championship

The Princess of Staten Island vs. The Irish Lass Kicker vs. The Queen vs. The Empress of Tomorrow! Carmella has beaten Charlotte Flair twice during her MITB-cash in on SmackDown Live and at Backlash 2018. She has also beaten Asuka twice at MITB 2018 and Extreme Rules 2018. However, Becky Lynch has beaten Carmella twice, as can be indicated in the two links from WWE’s Youtube page below:

Becky Lynch has been on a momentous roll as of late by earning weekly victories against Absolution’s Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville as well as IIconics’ Billie Kay and Peyton Royce. She is telling a story through these hard-fought victories every week, and she is proving to everyone that she is a workhorse who lives by her promise and does whatever it takes to be SmackDown Women’s champion once again. As she claims, she was not born to be a champion, but she will always fight to be one.

Charlotte and Asuka have already failed twice. Although it would be fitting to insert them into the match due to their history with Carmella, it’s still time for Becky to shine. In order to enhance the unpredictability of this potential fatal 4 way, it would be smart to turn Asuka heel. That way, if Becky does indeed become champion, Asuka can remain relevant by feuding with her for the title at the next PPV in the fall.
