5. LAX vs. The OGz (Homicide and Hernandez)- 5150 Street Fight

TWO garbage matches on one show? That seems like overkill to me. It’s also weird that the Impact Tag Team Championships aren’t on the line, but it is what it is (this would lead me to believe that Homicide and Hernandez are going over here, but this isn’t a predictions piece).

The street fight stipulation more or less guarantees that most of this match won’t take place in the ring. All parties will probably brawl all over the arena, which is fine since it fits the tone of the feud.

It’s a shame that Impact doesn’t have a deep tag team division, because Santana and Ortiz are one of the more underrated duos in all of pro wrestling. Of course, the original LAX tandem of Homicide and Hernandez aren’t too shabby either.

We will probably get some high spots from Ortiz and Santana along with some sound workrate from Homicide. Hernandez is easily the weakest worker of the bunch, but similar to Dreamer, the match rules will hide his shortcomings in the ring.

This match will be a wild and crazy brawl that should keep the crowd energized. Even though I have this ranked a little lower, don’t be surprised if this one steals the show.
