6. The Miz

If you haven’t watched “Miz and Mrs.” yet, I highly recommend you do so as soon as humanly possible. It is side-splittingly funny, which isn’t a surprise, seeing as how everything The Miz touches turns into media gold. The man is a genius, and this was quite obvious in the closing segment on SmackDown Live.

Miz knew that Daniel Bryan, being the meddlesome brat he is, (I’m kidding, I love D-Bry!) would find some way to crash his premier party. So what did he do? He literally faked having his infant daughter, Monroe Sky, out there with him. It was the perfect ploy. When Bryan came storming into the ring, ready to kick The Miz’s ass, The A-Lister simply tossed a doll at Bryan to catch him completely off-guard. I mean, who wouldn’t be shocked at the site of someone ostensibly throwing their infant child at you?

And that allowed Miz to hit the Skull Crushing Finale. Game. Set. Match. Good luck, D-Bry, you’re gonna need it against a heel who would make the Cerebral Assassin proud with his resourcefulness and cunning.

5. Randy Orton.

What a promo. And you thought Randy Orton was boring, didn’t you? I bet you like indy darlings who dive and flail their arms, right? (I hope you do, because I do, too.)

Orton called us all the “real” Legend Killers for never respecting him despite all the work he’s done over the years, and, yes, his promo sounded a little bit like Dolph Ziggler’s last year. But the difference is that Orton spoke with more intensity, possibly because he’s had tweets about /dive in the past and because he’s just been more menacing. SmackDown has re-introduced Orton to the audience properly as a vicious heel, so what he says actually seems like it matters.
