Bad Luck Fale vs Jay White

Heading into the match, Fale only had 2 points on the board, while Jay White had 6 points. A win here for Jay White would tie him top with EVIL on 8 points in Block A.

Before the match began, White took out Tanga Loa, meaning for the time being, it would be a even contest.

As the match progresses, Fale used his power to gain the advantage, and began to dominate proceedings, especially when both members of Guerrillas Of Destiny were at ringside.

Match ends with a ref bump, and GOD take advantage of that, but Jay White fights them both off. However it wasn’t quite enough, as Fale connects a Crucifix Powerbomb for the victory.

RESULT: Bad Luck Fale

RATING: 3.25 stars

Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Togi Makabe:

2 fan favourites battling in this match. Heading into it, Tanahashi was on 6 points, so a win here would tie him top with EVIL and jay White. Makabe stands on 4 points, so a win would mean he’s a serious contender here in Block A to win . it. As we begin the match, Makabe is the first one to gain the advantage, through his power compared to Tanahashi. As the match progresses, Tanahashi begins to fight back connecting a comeback sequence to gain the advantage.

Heading towards the finish of the match, they trade blow for blow, which ends with a thunderous lariat by Makabe. Makabe sets him up for his spider german suplex, but eventually Tanahashi knocks him down and connects the high Fly Flow for the victory, to have Tanahashi on 8 points and tied top.

RESULT: Hiroshi Tanahashi

RATING: 3.75 stars
