Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens For The Monster In The Bank Contract
The Monster Among Men vs. The Prizefighter! This feud actually turned out better than expected, and it was revived ever since Kevin Owens was carelessly tossed off the steel cage at Extreme Rules. This was indeed the best way to make both men look strong coming out of that bout since Owens “won” the match by falling helplessly to the ground first while Braun stood tall after the match in defeat.
Now, Kevin Owens’s “victory” gives him a reason to challenge Braun for the MITB contract, which Braun will decisively retain. Owens simply won at Extreme Rules in order to set up another match for SummerSlam, where he will inevitably lose. There is absolutely no chance in hell that Kevin Owens will win the MITB contract from Braun Strowman.
Owens already won the Universal Championship, and Braun needs this push more than ever after only winning the Raw Tag Titles with a 10-year old named Nicholas throughout the duration of his entire career. This should be the last bout between these two. Braun needs to stop toying with Owens and find himself some REAL COMPETITION. When I say “REAL COMPETITION,” I mean that he should pick on someone his own size, like Universal Champion BROCK LESNAR. A MITB cash-in later on in the night would certainly do the trick.
