2. Daniel Bryan Segment

Any time a feud has multiple years of history behind it, that’s usually a feud that results in something truly special.  The same could be said for the feud between Daniel Bryan and The Miz which has been going on throughout much of the past decade dating back to the original NXT when The Miz was Bryan’s NXT pro.

The feud every fan has wanted to see can now happen thanks to Bryan’s return to in-ring action and after The Miz’s actions last week, Bryan wanted to address him last night.  He called out The Miz, but The A-Lister wasn’t in the arena and instead he was on the tron via satellite where he would again entice Bryan.

Miz said how Bryan needs The Miz to further his career and stay relevant and that has been the case his entire career.  Bryan fired back by saying no matter how hard he tries, The Miz will never be The Rock or John Cena as a wrestler and a movie star.  It got really personal between the two and that’s when the best mic work takes place.

Bryan would also issue the challenge to The Miz for a match at SummerSlam, which many fans have been clamoring to see as of late.  It appears as if that match is a foregone conclusion, but in terms of just last night’s segment, it was very good and helped further the on-screen beef between these two proud superstars.

The A-Lister vs. The Yes Man is the feud the WWE needs and it looks like this feud will come to head at the biggest party of the summer.
