3. Brock Lesnar

Matt Riddle has made it known that he wants to be the man to retire “The Beast Incarnate,” Brock Lesnar. The current “reigning, defending, undisputed, Universal Heavyweight Champion” as Paul Heyman might say, has held that title for 485 days at time of writing.

Imagine how awesome it would be to see a red-hot main roster Riddle take the title right off of him once that reign really gets up there. This works especially well if WWE decides to fast-track Riddle directly to the main roster. However, the match quality also majorly hinges on whether or not Lesnar actually cares, at all, about this possible match.

Imagine this scenario: Riddle makes a surprise debut at SummerSlam, beating down Lesnar after he once again defends his Universal Championship. This, naturally, sets up a match between Lesnar and Riddle for the title, and through a blitzkrieg offense that overwhelms the Beast, Riddle cements himself as a main event star, a champion, and singlehandedly solves Raw‘s biggest creative problem.

Again, this depends on whether or not Lesnar would actually give the rub to Riddle. But hey, it’s a dream match between two former UFC fighters which would give WWE its ever-elusive mainstream publicity, and gives the fans a proper strongman contest.
