4. Fastlane 2015, Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan

Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan met at Fastlane 2015 to determine who would go on to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship one month later at WrestleMania 31.

Heading into the match, most fans knew that Reigns was going to win, and while the audience certainly let their feelings towards Reigns be known, there was no denying the quality of his performance that night.

Fastlane 2015 is not a particularly memorable PPV, but it is worth revisiting for this match, which is one of the finest of Reigns’ WWE career, and was an early example of just what he is capable of a singles performer.

Bryan is always going to be up to the task between the ropes, but Reigns matched him blow for blow at Fastlane, delivering a drama filled, expertly paced encounter that really sold the stakes of the match-up.

3. SummerSlam 2017, Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe vs. Brock Lesnar (Universal Championship Match)

SummerSlam 2017 was not a particularly memorable show. The card had far too many matches and suffered from a lack of intriguing build. One match that did grab the fans’ attention, though, was the demolition derby that was the night’s main event.

Samoa Joe, Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Roman Reigns were the biggest stars on Raw in the summer of 2017, and putting the four men into a match together turned out to be a stroke of genius.

The four men caused absolute mayhem from the opening bell to the last and was everything that a match should be between four big men, namely, an all-out brawl.
