3 reasons why Ronda Rousey should win at SummerSlam

Ronda Rousey is undoubtedly getting the biggest match in her WWE career at SummerSlam, but it’s also a must win. Here, we’re going to talk about three reasons why:
3: HUGE Attention Drawer
WWE drawed a lot of eyes to their product from all over the world when they originally signed Rousey in January 2018. Ronda officially debuted at the Royal Rumble, confronting Charlotte, Alexa Bliss and Asuka with Rousey making her intentions known… She’s in WWE.
Making her champion would therefore be a smart move to draw a lot of new eyes to their product, as even if your not a fighting fan, you know the name Ronda Rousey.
The star power that she brings is unlike many others. Fans from news stations or MMA fans looking to see how Rousey is doing in her new work environment (and as we know, that’s absolutely splendid.) More viewers means more success for not only WWE as a business, but it truly shows Ronda’s star power.
From a business standpoint, this would mean a lot of live viewers on USA Network for RAW episodes, or the WWE Network subscriptions rising to see Rousey in action (which has proven to be the case for SummerSlam) and of course, as the ritual goes, many viewers = much Dinero. This might be one reason, mostly backstage on why Rousey needs to win. It’s a win-win situation for the fans, the business, and Ronda Rousey.
