Now let’s look at this from a fans perspective. Rousey has already had one opportunity at winning the RAW Womens title, and it was looking like Ronda was going to win, until Alexa Bliss cashed in her Money In The Bank contract, which caused Ronda to not walk away with the RAW Womens Championship. This is the perfect moment for WWE to take advantage of the cash-in to make for a compelling story, with Rousey wanting her revenge at Bliss because she knows she deserves that championship.

But, if Bliss actually wins the match(which honestly, would not surprise me…), then how would Ronda get the championship match again?. WWE would probably want a rematch at Hell In A Cell in September, so Rousey would need to win in order for this to happen.

And if Bliss wins that, Rousey’s momentum could be in serious trouble, all because of the decline suffered by the clean loss at Summerslam. If WWE is serious about Rousey, then making her champion as her momentum is riding high would be a good idea. Plus, it’s SummerSlam, so WWE Should pull out all the stops, and making Ronda champion would certainly be one way to do this.
