WWE Raw Predictions: Nowhere to Run from Ronda Rousey

For weeks, Alexa Bliss has been running scared, thanks to the specter of Ronda Rousey. The Raw Women’s Champion made the mistake of cashing in her Money in the Bank contract at Rousey’s expense, likely preventing the Baddest Woman on the Planet from winning the title herself.

Since then, Rousey has been a woman possessed as she tries to get her hands on Bliss. Any time she’s done so has resulted in a world of pain for The Goddess. But after a more than thirty day suspension that offered a reprieve for Bliss, Rousey has been more determined than ever.

Bliss has used Mickie James and now Alicia Fox as a buffer between herself and Rousey, to varying degrees of success. As Rousey has torn through Fox like a Kleenex, Bliss has had no choice but to run for the hills.

My guess? This is the week that Rousey finally, truly, really gets her hands on Alexa. The game of cat and mouse has gone on long enough, and it’s time someone in the women’s division looked like an unstoppable force heading into a pay per view. Rousey needs to catch Bliss, and put her through heavy punishment to make it seem like SummerSlam will follow suit.
