Miz and Mrs. has been a huge hit on the USA Network, as WWE Superstar the Miz has become a must-see commodity on reality TV. The show has been picked up for a second season after airing just three episodes.

As announced on the 15th of August edition of SmackDown Live by Miz and Maryse themselves, the reality TV show starring The Miz, his wife Maryse and their extended family, Miz and Mrs, has been commissioned for a second season by the USA Network.

The first season is currently halfway through airing but due to the fan reaction and viewing figures, we can see that higher ups at the USA network felt it would benefit from a second season. The first season focuses on the journey Miz and Maryse go through in Maryse’s final weeks being pregnant with the eventual season finale showing the birth of their daughter, Monroe Sky Mizanin.

The first season of the Mizanin’s show has become the most successful reality programming produced by WWE since 2011, beating already successful shows such as Total Divas and Total Bellas. We can expect that the second season will show the couple adapting to life with their newborn baby and the experiences they are being forced to learn. It is yet unclear when the new season will be released and if it will be of similar length to the first season.

The Miz and Mrs. reality show has played a pivotal role in the current ongoing Daniel Bryan vs The Miz feud that is currently playing out on television on SmackDown Live. In recent weeks, Monroe Sky has been referenced as a doll thrown at Daniel Bryan and her crying has echoed throughout the arena during one of the intense promo’s between Bryan and Miz.
