12. Constable Baron Corbin (last week: 6)

Oh, Baron. What are we going to do with you?

The Constable of WWE Raw made a power grab this week, booking matches for himself and Finn Bálor — even though the authority to make matches lies with the general manager, Kurt Angle. As one would expect a villain to do, Corbin gave himself what he thought would be an easy opponent in Tyler Breeze. Clearly, Baron has never seen the main event of NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4 Way.

But Corbin takes a tumble for not planning ahead, and realizing that there was a chance Angle would mess up his plan to “punish” Bálor with a handicap match. Did he really think his power play would go unchecked? Next time, book a singles match with a ludicrous stipulation, Baron.

11. Braun Strowman (last week: 12)

After weeks of doing next to nothing in the ring, Braun Strowman finally got his hands on Jinder Mahal more than once in a match. Strowman was Kurt Angle’s response to Constable Corbin trying to punish Finn Bálor with a handicap match, although it was painfully obvious based on Finn’s scheduled opponents that Strowman would somehow get involved.

Braun is headed to a match with Kevin Owens at SummerSlam, but he’s been unable to get anywhere near KO on WWE Raw lately. It’s a pretty lousy feud that has gone on way too long, but with the Money in the Bank briefcase on the line in Brooklyn, there’s some high stakes in the match, at least. The best thing for both Strowman and Owens is to find a finsih to this rivalry.
