Ladies and Gentlemen, it has finally been made official, Matt Riddle had signed with WWE!

It seems like we’ve been waiting for this moment for months, even though it’s really only been a few weeks since the rumors starting swirling in regards to “The King of Bros” Matt Riddle signing with WWE.

While it has seemed that this was all but a foregone conclusion, in this day and age it’s hard to believe something until you actually see it happen. And tonight it finally became official!

When Riddle’s face appeared on TV, you could hear fans across the world mark out in unison. The future is bright in NXT and now looks to be even brighter. The possible feuds we could see in NXT for Riddle are endless. From Black and Gargano (if they don’t show up on either RAW or SmackDown next week) to the recently signed Keith Lee who Riddle has already had great matches with on the independent scene. I wouldn’t mind seeing Riddle vs. Velveteen Dream, or even Riddle vs. Ricochet. Like I said the possibilities are endless, and that is very exciting.

Riddle and WWE had been in talks previously in his career, but those talks were rumored to have ended due to Riddle’s fondness of weed. So, his appearance tonight raises the question of: Does this mean WWE has relaxed their substance abuse policy and it went unnoticed? Or, is Riddle going to stop smoking weed?

Whatever the answer to those questions are, it’s exciting to see Riddle and WWE finally reach a deal. The only thing left to do now is to wait and see what happens next for Riddle.

What would you like to see him do? Go after (Insert current NXT North American Champions name here) and the NXT North American Championship? Or, maybe even (Insert current NXT Champions name here) and his title? Or, possibly just a good long feud with one of the men mentioned above. Like I said the possibilities are endless, and I, for one, can’t wait to see what happens next!
