WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 Match Card Predictions Version 1.0

Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James For The Raw Women’s Championship

I could see WWE repeating Ronda Rousey vs. Alexa Bliss at Hell in a Cell, with a different story taking place at this Pay Per View for the rematch. But that just sounds flat-out boring. Nobody believes that Bliss can beat Rousey after Rousey easily defeated her at SummerSlam, and this was, despite protests, the correct result. I also doubt this match occurs inside a cell, given that it’s early in Rousey’s career for that, and I’m not sure they’d want it to be Bliss vs. Rousey for that kind of a match.

It would be interesting for Mickie James to join this match. Not only is James one of the best wrestlers on the roster, but she is still Bliss’s on-screen friend, even though Alicia Fox has seemingly shared a closer on-screen bond with Bliss lately.

They could tell a story where James helps Bliss overcome Rousey, but James tries to go for the Raw Women’s Championship herself. That’s understandable, too, because James is just itching for another opportunity at that title.

This betrayal could help play into the finish, where Rousey injures Bliss’s other arm to retain the title. She could submit James, too, but I’d rather see her submit Bliss and build to a different title feud with James.
